How we work
Every journey is private and built from scratch. The tiers below describe how much we take on, not how good the trip is.
Curated Signature
Boutique four- and five-star hotels, a private driver throughout, and two or three experiences you could not have booked yourself. A direct line to us, at any hour.
Tailored Reserve
Adds private villas, daily private guiding, four to six high-access experiences, and a host on the ground in each destination who knows you are coming.
Bespoke Atelier
A blank page. Multiple countries, private aviation where it saves you a day, and a dedicated concierge travelling with your journey from first call to final evening.
Ranges are per couple, all in, excluding international flights. Every journey is quoted precisely before anything is booked.
What you pay for, and when
- Journey design · $1,500 – $5,000
- Paid upfront, before any booking. It covers the research, the route, and the revisions. If you go on to travel with us, it is the only fee you pay us directly.
- Your journey
- Quoted as one all-in figure covering hotels, guiding, transfers and experiences. Our commission from suppliers is already inside that number, so there is no version of this where a cheaper price exists behind the scenes.
- Annual membership · $2,500 – $5,000 a year
- Optional, and only worth it if you travel more than once a year. It covers an annual travel plan, priority on dates that book out early, and a standing record of your preferences so nothing is re-explained.
Registered and bonded
We are registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and hold the required bonding. Your payments are handled under that framework, and our registration number appears at the bottom of every page of this site.
Pricing is all-in by policy. If a cost exists, it is in the quote.
